ATCS (Automatic On-Load Tube Cleaning System)
Though various efforts for improvement of air-conditioning system to increase energy saving rate, progressive formation of fouling inside tubes starting form the moment of the installation of heat exchange equipment cannot be voided. No matter how the function of the equipment and the quality of the cooling water of tube side fluid are good, the fouling always occurs and the result causes energy loss to the maximum of 25%.
Our two ATCS system, brush and ball system provide with the best solution to above problem.
Features of Brush Type ATCS
- Doesn’t need the conventional tube cleaning required periodically.
- As cleaning work for 6∼10 years from the installation of ATCS, maintenance expense, maintenance time, labour cost and other management cost are not required or are saved considerably.
- Production efficiency is greatly improved as shut-down for cleaning is not necessary.
