APRO-PIG® Decoking is
the only method to eliminate coking deposits by physical means.
This technology provides solution for satisfactory cleaning of very hard deposits like iron sulfide thus helping prevention of explosion of furnace by heat spots while increasing heat transfer efficiency with subsequent energy saving.

APRO DECOKING PIGS
APRO-PIG® decoking has superior advantages to the conventional Steam-Air decoking method .
Also well-experienced APRO-PIG® decoking operators are capable of complete removing of very hard coke deposits by operating APRO-Decoking pigs loaded with metal pins on their body.
The metal pins have slightly less hardness than the base material of heater tubes so that the tube base material may not be damaged during decoking operation.
